New consultations are for patients’ first appointment at our clinic. We will record a full medical history, carry out a physical assessment, discuss the diagnosis and provide preliminary advice/treatment. Payment is required at the time of booking.
* We offer home visits to surrounding areas (Bean, Darenth, Dartford, Ebbsfleet, Gravesend, Longfield, Northfleet and Stone).
Please contact your provider before commencing treatment and to find out if you need a GP referral.
Please mention your insurance provider to us at the time of booking. We require payment at the time of the appointment and will issue a receipt for insurance reimbursement.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24-hour notice so we can offer that appointment to other patients.
Late cancellation will incur a £10 fee.
