First consultations are for new patients who have never been to our clinic before. We will record a full medical history, carry out a physical assessment, discuss the diagnosis and provide preliminary advice/treatment. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Please contact your provider before commencing treatment and to find out if you need a GP referral.
We require payment at the time of the appointment. We will issue a receipt to you with appointment details for your insurance reimbursement.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24-hour notice so we can offer that appointment to other patients.
Late cancellation will incur a £10 fee.
